Initial Home Analysis:(No Charge for San Diego County)

Professional Home Staging:
Option 1:
Fees are assessed on a room by room basis. The fee range is: $200-$500 depending upon room size and condition of the room. This fee does not include rentals of furniture, art or acessories. For an additional fee of $25-50 per room, accessories can be added.

Option 2:
Staging Consultation
$250
Includes: A walk through and room by room analysis of problem areas with affordable solutions. This also includes exterior of your property. This is great for "do-it-yourself" individuals.

Interior Decorating & Color Consultation:
$250 (per room)
Includes: Assisting with paint colors, helping you come up with affordable solutions and getting a professional opinion of your ideas!
ReDesign/Room Make Over
$200-$500 per room
Fees are assessed on a room by room basis depending upon size and condition of the room.

Open House Service is a unique service that I offer to individuals who are selling their own homes. This fee can be separate or included with Staging Services. (available only to San Diego County)

Decorating Diva Workshops:
$500
The fee for the workshop includes a FREE Room Makeover! The workshop is limited to 15 participants.

Video/Photo Shoots:
Daily Rate: $650
Plus: Assistant Fee

Traveling Fees: .47 per mile, outside the San Diego County area

Larger projects will be given a "total job" quote if needed when multiple services are required.

I accept checks, money orders, and all major credit cards (3% charge will apply to all credit cards).
